Our made to measure items are generally delivered in 5 to 7 days on average. Please allow up to 21 days during busy periods. On rare occasions, your delivery may arrive in two parcels,and on separate deliveries. This is usually only on vertical blinds where the headrails and the slats are packaged separately and therefore handled differently at the couriers hub. The package label will normally say 1 of 2 or 2 of 2. This is outside of our control and isn't something that happens frequently.
Many of our items are too long and bulky for Royal Mail so we use a reputable insured parcel delivery company instead. Delivery is free to mainland UK. There is an £10 extra delivery charge to the Scottish Highlands and an extra £18 for Offshore. The delivery is insured and tracked.

FAQWhat are your delivery times?
Most of our products are made to measure, these are normally delivered 5 to 7 working days from the date of order. Our spare parts are normally dispatched within 48 hours.
Can I request my blinds delivery to another address?
Yes of course, simply let us know your delivery address when you order.
Do I get notified of delivery?
Yes, you'll receive an email when the blinds are collected from our factory by the parcel couriers
What If I'm not in when the delivery arrives?
The parcel couriers will leave a card, you'll be able to schedule a delivery to suit you.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
If your parcel looks damaged then write DAMAGED on the delivery note. We are insured against all delivery damage. Please accept our apologies, Call us on 01942 863990 and we will look after the rest for you.
My Parcel isn't damaged
99% of the time things will be great however we always recommend anyone to sign as NOT EXAMINED just to be safe. Remember, you're sigining to say that you've accepted the goods in good condition. Parcel companies are VERY strict on this so ensure that you always sign as NOT EXAMINED to ensure that you've not accepted liability before opening the parcel and inspecting the goods.
