Fast & Reliable Delivery
Our made to measure items are generally delivered in 5 to 7 days on average. Please allow up to 21 days during busy periods. On rare occasions, your delivery may arrive in two parcels, and on separate deliveries. This is usually only on vertical blinds where the headrails and the slats are packaged separately and therefore handled differently at the couriers hub. The package label will normally say 1 of 2 or 2 of 2. This is outside of our control and isn't something that happens frequently.
Many of our items are too long and bulky for Royal Mail so we use a reputable insured parcel delivery company instead. Delivery is at standard rate (£4.95) to mainland England and Wales and Southern Scotland. There is an extra delivery charge to the Scottish Highlands and an extra £18 for Offshore. The delivery is insured and tracked. Orders over £125 are delivered free to mainland UK, this offer excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands.
