We deliver across the UK using an insured, tracked parcel courier, as many of our items are too long for Royal Mail.
Delivery charges
- Standard UK delivery: £5.95
- Free delivery on orders over £60
- Scottish Highlands: same charges as the rest of the UK
- Northern Ireland: flat £14.95 (free delivery does not apply)
- Offshore islands: please contact us before ordering

Delivery times
- Made-to-measure blinds, slats and rails: usually delivered within 5 to 7 working days of your order.
- Stock spare parts: normally dispatched within 48 hours.
Vertical blinds sometimes arrive in two parcels, as headrails and slats are packed separately. The labels will say 1 of 2 and 2 of 2.
Delivery FAQ
Can I send my order to a different address?
Yes, just enter the delivery address at checkout.
Will I be told when it's on the way?
Yes, you'll get an email when the courier collects your order from our factory.
What if I'm out?
The courier will leave a card so you can rearrange delivery.
What if the parcel looks damaged?
Write DAMAGED on the delivery note, or sign as NOT EXAMINED, then call us on 0800 783 9510. If you sign for a parcel as received in good condition, the courier may not accept a damage claim.
Delays caused by weather, road accidents or other events outside our control are occasionally unavoidable.
